This film relates the struggle of one man who decided to fight for the victims of oil slicks. Oil slicks are occurring, everywhere, leaving in their wake incalculable damage to the environment and thousands of victims, who are faced with insufficient compensation and the contempt of the big companies We will follow, Jo Le Guen, french Michael Moore, in his fight against the lobbies. We will discover, through archive footage and interviews : these helpless victims of the oil slicks; the scandalous compensation system; and the story of one citizen’s commitment, whose ultimate legal weapon is : the Bill of Human Rights.
